Héctor García is the co-founder of Highland Insurance Group LLC and brings more than two decades of business leadership and entrepreneurial experience. His passion for serving the Hispanic community and helping families build a more secure future has been one of the driving forces behind the agency's growth.
He believes success is built through honesty, hard work, and treating every client with respect. Together with Mariana, he is committed to building a company that honors God while providing outstanding protection and peace of mind for every client.
Outside the office, Héctor's greatest pride is his family. His leadership style is rooted in honesty, accountability, and respect, helping create a company culture where both clients and employees feel valued and appreciated.
Originally from Venezuela, Esther Fernández has been part of Highland Insurance Group since the agency first opened its doors and has played an instrumental role in its growth.
